Microgreen Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
2 cups of microgreens (any mix will do)
2 pcs tomatoes
1 pc onion (thinkly sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar/lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
